Eligibility Criteria

  • Age: Be under 35 years of age at the time of application.
  • English Language: Demonstrate required English language proficiency.
  • Australian Study Requirement: Have completed a CRICOS-registered course in Australia.
  • Recent Graduate: Apply for the visa within 6 months of completing your course.
  • Health and Character: Meet health and character requirements.
  • Relevant Occupation: Hold a qualification relevant to an occupation listed on the skilled occupation list.
  • Skills Assessment: Have submitted an application for a skills assessment in your chosen occupation listed on the skilled occupation list.
  • No Previous Visa: Not have held a Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) or a Skilled – Recognised Graduate Visa (Subclass 476) before.
